Terms and Conditions of Club Rohlíček

Free shipping

Free shipping applies from Sunday through Thursday for deliveries between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (but not for express delivery or for pinpoint delivery within 15-minute windows).

Bonus for orders

You’ll receive 100 credit points for each purchase in a minimum value of CZK 2,000 on www.rohlik.cz (the “Velká Pecka Portal”).  Upon successful delivery of the order, these credit points will automatically be credited to your customer account; they remain valid for 14 days from delivery of the order and can be used to buy any goods from category Baby offered on the Velká Pecka Portal.

Credit points are awarded for the value of goods actually bought, with the exception of alcoholic beverages and tobacco products.  In addition, the following items are exempt from the total amount:

1. cost of shipping;
2. tips;
3. redeemed credit points; and
4. returnable packaging.

These Club Rohlíček T&C have come into effect on 1 May 2022.
