Cold Strawberry Cream

Thoroughly wash and hull the strawberries.

Place the strawberries into a tall container suitable for an immersion blender. Add the quark, cream, milk, sugar, and lime juice, then blend until smooth.

Pour the blended cream into bowls and garnish with cream, strawberries, optionally chopped pistachios, and lemon balm leaves.
