INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g semi-fat curd
  • 40 g shredded coconut (+ 20 g for coating)
  • 10 g honey
  • 20 g blanched almonds (finely ground) + 10 whole almonds

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a bowl, mix curd, coconut, ground almonds, and honey. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

    Form balls from the chilled dough with your hands. Press 1 almond into each ball, then roll the ball in shredded coconut.

    Place the finished balls in the refrigerator to chill for at least 5 minutes.

    Always store the balls in the refrigerator, where they will last for approximately 1 week.
