Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into molds and place in the freezer for at least 4 hours.

Before serving, let the ice cream soften in the mold at room temperature, or place the mold briefly under a stream of lukewarm water – the ice cream will release from the mold and the popsicle will be easy to pull out.
