Ingredients
- 3 pcs eggs
- 20 g butter
- 15 ml whipping cream
- 1 pc chives for garnish
- 1 g salt
Instructions
- 1Crack the eggs into a bowl. Pour in the cream and lightly whisk everything with a fork.
- 2Heat a pan over medium heat, pour in the whisked eggs and scrape them from the bottom with a flat wooden spoon. After 3 minutes, when the eggs start to set, gradually add butter while stirring constantly.
- 3After 1.5 minutes, remove the pan from the heat, season the eggs with salt to taste, stir, and sprinkle with chopped chives.
