- 1 ripe pineapple
- brown sugar for coating

- vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- 1Peel the pineapple and cut it into slices of equal thickness. Remove the hard core of the pineapple with a round pastry cutter. Coat the pineapple slices in sugar and grill them on both sides until golden brown.
Tip
Serve with vanilla ice cream.
