DEVILED EGGS

  • 5 eggs
  • 50 g Lučina
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp full-fat mustard
  • 1 tsp anchovy paste
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped chives
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 hearts (inner leaves) of young green lettuce
  • white pepper
  • salt

GARNISH

  • 1 anchovy
  • a piece of tomato

INSTRUCTIONS

    Peel the eggs, cut them lengthwise and remove the yolks.
  • 2
    Mash the yolks in a bowl with Lučina, mayonnaise, full-fat mustard and anchovy paste. Add finely chopped chives. Season with salt, white pepper and lemon juice and mix.

    Fill the egg whites with the mixture into the hollows where the yolks were.

    Place the deviled eggs on a platter lined with lettuce leaves. Garnish with an anchovy and a piece of tomato.
Tip
If you want to lighten the egg filling, add one finely chopped egg white. You can put the yolk filling into a piping bag; it will be easier to work with.
