- 120 g almond milk
- 45 g fine oat flakes
- 100 g skyr or Greek yogurt
- 80 g fresh mango
- 40 g freeze-dried mango
- Tablespoon of chia seeds
- Tablespoon of dried coconut
- Tablespoon of maple syrup
- Blueberries for serving
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Simply pour everything into a blender and blend until smooth, with a consistency similar to batter. If the porridge is too thin for you, add another tablespoon of oats; if it's too thick, add a little milk.
- 2Pour the porridge into a bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator until the next day. Before serving, garnish with fruit, coconut, chia seeds, or anything else you like.
