INGREDIENTS

  • 150 g raw potatoes (cooking type A)
  • 300 g pre-cooked shredded chicken meat (preferably breast)
  • 200 g broccoli (finely chopped)
  • 100 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 80 g cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 20 g finely grated Edam cheese (20 % fat)
  • 100 g Greek yogurt (0 % fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 195–200 °C and line a larger baking dish (approx. 25 cm × 30 cm) with baking paper. Also prepare a larger bowl.

    Thoroughly wash the unpeeled potatoes, dry them, and slice them thinly. Place them in the bowl together with the chicken meat and broccoli. Then add milk, cottage cheese, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Edam cheese, and Greek yogurt to the mixture and mix everything. Transfer the resulting mixture into the baking dish and bake for 40–42 minutes at 195–200 °C.

    After baking, remove the dish from the oven, divide into portions, and serve.
