SUROVINY
- 2 lžíce řepkového oleje
- 150 g krůtích prsou
- 1 lžíce balzamikového octa
- 100 g bílého řeckého jogurtu (0 % tuku)
- 2 lžíce čerstvé bazalky (nakrájené najemno)
- 80 g okurky hadovky (nakrájené na tenká kolečka)
- 8 g polníčku (lze použít i rukolu)
- 4 × tenké plátky žitného chleba (4 × 50 g)
- Sůl
- Pepř
- 500 ml vody
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, prepare a large pot with a lid. Heat 2 tablespoons of rapeseed oil in the pot over high heat. Add the turkey breasts and sear for about 1 minute on each side to seal them. Then season the meat with salt and pepper and pour in 500 ml of water.
- 2Reduce the heat to low and simmer the meat gently for 45–50 minutes with the lid on. After cooking, remove the meat from the pot and cool it under cold water.
- 3Shred the cooled meat into fibers with your hands or a fork and place it in a large bowl.
- 4Add balsamic vinegar, Greek yogurt, finely chopped basil, salt, and pepper, then mix.
- 5Spread the mixture onto 2 slices of bread and top with sliced cucumber and lamb's lettuce. Cover with the other half of the bread and serve.
