INGREDIENTS
- 200 g pre-cooked natural basmati rice
- 2 pitted dried Medjool dates
- 40 g peeled almond flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon liquid honey
METHOD
- 1First, prepare the dough. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until all ingredients are combined and finely chopped.
- 2Form 10 balls from the resulting dough. Serve the finished balls immediately or store them in an airtight container, where they will last for 4–5 days.
Tip
If you have more time, blend all ingredients without the flaked almonds. Form balls from the resulting dough and then coat them in finely chopped almond flakes.
