INGREDIENTS

- 8 g baking powder
- 40 g cold butter
- 1 egg for the dough
- 40 g milk
- Pinch of salt

METHOD
- 1In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Add butter and mix until crumbles form.
- 2In another bowl, whisk milk with an egg and add to the other ingredients. Mix. A compact dough will form, which we briefly knead on a floured surface. Roll out the dough to a thickness of 1.5 cm and cut out circles with a diameter of 5 cm using a glass.
- 3Place on a baking sheet with parchment paper, brush with beaten egg, and bake for 10 minutes at 200 °C.
- 4Serve with jam and sour cream or mascarpone.
