INGREDIENTS

  • 500 g fresh strawberries
  • 200 g crème fraîche
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 100 g cooking chocolate
  • A little milk
  • Approx. 5 pcs Lotus biscuits
  • 8 mint leaves

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the vanilla pod lengthwise and scrape out the seeds, then add them to the crème fraîche. Add powdered sugar and whisk. Melt the chocolate with a little milk in a bain-marie. Add the vanilla pod skin and chopped mint. Let the flavors combine for at least 10 minutes.

    Cut the strawberries crosswise and trim the bottom so they stand upright. Then dip them from the bottom about halfway into the chocolate and fill with crème fraîche. Sprinkle with crushed Lotus biscuits and serve.
