INGREDIENTS
- 3 larger lemons
- 1 medium orange (approx. 200 g)
- 200 g fresh ginger
- 50 g liquid honey
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, peel the lemons and orange and clean the ginger (it's not necessary to completely peel the ginger). Then, prepare a blender, put the peeled lemons, orange, and cleaned ginger into it, and blend everything until smooth. Strain the resulting mixture through a sieve or cloth, mix honey into the strained liquid, and pour it into an airtight container.
- 2Store the finished drink in the refrigerator, where it will last for 3–4 days.
