- 400 g pre-cooked chickpeas (240 g after draining)
- ½ teaspoon ground smoked or sweet paprika
- 2 tablespoons rapeseed or sunflower oil
- Salt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, preheat the oven to 210 °C and prepare a baking sheet, lining it with parchment paper.
- 2Drain the chickpeas, dry them with a towel, and place them in a medium-sized bowl. Add ground paprika, 2 tablespoons of oil, and salt, then mix the contents of the bowl. Spread the seasoned chickpeas onto the lined baking sheet and bake until golden for 20–30 minutes at 200–210 °C.
- 3After baking, let the chickpeas cool for 4–5 minutes, then serve.
