- 600 g chicken meat
- 250 g mushrooms
- 1/2 pc broccoli
- 100 g frozen peas
- 1 pc onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 220 g whole wheat pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 200 g sour cream
- 100 g hard cheese
- Parsley
Instructions
- 1Cut the chicken meat into smaller pieces and season with salt. Cut the mushrooms into quarters, separate the broccoli into florets. Finely chop the onion, slice the garlic. Heat a tablespoon of oil in a pan and sear the meat on all sides. Set it aside and add the mushrooms and onion to the pan, sauté, then add the sliced garlic. Sauté for a minute and remove from heat.
- 2Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and reserve the liquid. Cook the broccoli until al dente.
- 3Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- 4Add the pasta, chicken pieces, frozen peas, broccoli, sour cream, grated cheese, chopped parsley, and 200 ml of the reserved pasta cooking liquid to the pan with the mushrooms. Season with salt. Mix and transfer to a baking dish approximately 20 x 30 cm in size. Sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for 25 minutes until golden brown.
