INGREDIENTS

  • 1 French baguette (225 g)
  • 150 g Cheddar cheese
  • 100 g pancetta
  • 2 size M eggs
  • 1 handful fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • Freshly ground black pepper

METHOD

    Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

    Slice the baguette into thin pieces. Dice the pancetta into small cubes and fry until crispy in a pan. Grate the cheddar finely, mix with the beaten egg, mustard, and half of the pancetta.

    Stir in the chopped parsley and season with pepper. Spread the mixture onto the sliced baguette and sprinkle with the remaining pancetta.

    Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
