INGREDIENTS
- 1 French baguette (225 g)
- 150 g Cheddar cheese
- 100 g pancetta
- 2 size M eggs
- 1 handful fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- Freshly ground black pepper
METHOD
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 2Slice the baguette into thin pieces. Dice the pancetta into small cubes and fry until crispy in a pan. Grate the cheddar finely, mix with the beaten egg, mustard, and half of the pancetta.
- 3Stir in the chopped parsley and season with pepper. Spread the mixture onto the sliced baguette and sprinkle with the remaining pancetta.
- 4Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
