  • 300 g raw potatoes (cooking type C)
  • 200 g red onion (yellow can be used)
  • 30 g spring onion
  • 2 eggs, size M
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 50 g corn breadcrumbs
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Baking paper

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1
First, preheat the oven to 180–185 °C and prepare a baking sheet (30 cm × 40 cm), lining it with baking paper.
  • 2
Peel the potatoes and grate them into a large bowl using a coarse grater. Peel the red onion and slice it thinly, slice the spring onion into rings, and add both to the bowl with the potatoes. Then crack 2 eggs into the bowl, add oregano, corn breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper, and mix the entire mixture.

From the resulting dough, start forming patties on the baking sheet, approximately 8–9 cm in diameter and 0.5–1 cm in height. Once all the dough is used, place the baking sheet in the oven and bake the patties for 25–30 minutes at 180–185 °C.
  • 4
    Serve after baking.
