Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 50 g pork ham
  • 100 g spreadable butter
  • 1 teaspoon mayonnaise

    Pour enough water for boiling eggs into a small pot and bring the water to a boil over high heat. Then add the eggs to the water, reduce the heat to medium, and cook for 8⁠–⁠9 minutes.

    Meanwhile, cut the pork ham into thin strips.

    Once the eggs are cooked, drain them and cool thoroughly with cold water. Then peel the eggs and cut them into small cubes.

    Prepare a medium-sized bowl, add the chopped ham, chopped eggs, spreadable butter, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, lightly mash the entire mixture with a fork, and mix.

    You can serve the finished spread immediately. Alternatively, store it in the refrigerator, where it will last for 2⁠–⁠3 days.
