- 250 g soft quark
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon ground sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground smoked paprika
- 80 g breadcrumbs
- 400 ml oil for frying
Instructions
- 1Dice the bacon into small cubes. Peel the onion and finely chop it along with the parsley. Peel and press the garlic.
