INGREDIENTS

  • 1 medium apple of choice (approx. 130 g)
  • 1 medium carrot (approx. 100 g)
  • 1 medium ripe banana (approx. 90 g without peel)
  • 100 g finely ground oat flakes (gluten-free)
  • 50 g finely ground almonds
  • 50 g apple puree (baby food)
  • 1 packet baking powder (12 g)

INSTRUCTIONS

    First, preheat the oven to 180 °C, prepare a 12-muffin tin and line it with paper liners.

    Core the apple and grate it coarsely, grate the carrot finely, and put both into a medium-sized bowl. Mash the banana with a fork and also add it to the bowl. Then add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything together. Fill the prepared tin with the resulting batter and bake the muffins for 35–40 minutes at 170–180 °C. After removing, let them cool for at least 30 minutes.
