INGREDIENTS

  • 30 g fine rolled oats (gluten-free)
  • 120 ml semi-skimmed milk (or any other milk)
  • 1⁄2 mashed large banana (approx. 50 g)
  • 10 g chia seeds
  • 5 g Dutch cocoa
  • 50 g fresh raspberries

INSTRUCTIONS

    Prepare 2 bowls: In one, mix the oats with 70 ml of milk and mashed banana, in the other, mix the rest of the milk (50 ml) with chia seeds and cocoa.

    Layer the oats, 1⁄2 of the raspberries, and then the chia pudding into a tall 200 ml glass. Cover the top with the remaining raspberries and refrigerate overnight (for at least 8 hours).
