  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Pie crust
  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • Whipped cream in a spray

    Preheat the oven to 185 °C.

    Wash the pumpkin, cut it in half, and scoop out the seeds.

    Then cut the pumpkin into smaller pieces and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

    Bake in the oven for about 40 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.

    After removing from the oven, put the flesh from the skin into a blender and blend until smooth. Add water as needed, but the consistency should be thick.

    Preheat the oven to 220 °C.

    Whisk the pumpkin purée, condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt until smooth.

    Place the pie crust into a baking form.

    Then pour the mixture into the form with the crust and bake for 15 minutes.

    After 15 minutes, reduce the temperature to 175 °C and bake for another 40 minutes.

    Let the pie cool before serving.
Tip
You can garnish the pie with whipped cream and ground cinnamon.
