INGREDIENTS
- 1 cauliflower approx. 950 g
- 2 eggs
- 50 g oat flakes
- 50 g smooth spelt flour
- Dried garlic
- Small teaspoon of salt
- 100 g ham
- Fresh flat-leaf parsley
INGREDIENTS FOR DIP
- 100 g sour cream
- 100 g plain yogurt
- Dried garlic
- Pinch of salt
- Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Divide the cauliflower into florets and cook until tender. Be careful not to overcook the cauliflower. Drain the water and mash with a potato masher. Add the other ingredients, mix, and let rest for 30 minutes. From the mixture, take approximately 70 g portions with a spoon and place them onto a heated pan with a drop of oil. Shape the fritters in the pan with a spoon or using an 8 cm diameter mold. Fry over medium heat. Alternatively, bake in the oven at 200 °C for about 20 minutes, or until the fritters are golden.
- 2Serve the fritters with a dip made from sour cream and yogurt mixed with a pinch of salt, ground pepper, and dried garlic.
