    Cook spaghetti in a large amount of water (4-5 liters) seasoned with 40 g of salt, drain them and set aside 100 ml of the water.

    Peel the shrimp, cut them into 2-4 pieces, depending on their size, and mix them with lemon juice in a bowl.

    Peel the garlic and slice it. Slice the chili pepper into rounds.

    Pour olive oil into a cold pan, add garlic and chili pepper, and heat the pan to medium temperature. Sauté for 4 minutes, stirring frequently. Pour in 100 ml of the spaghetti water and heat for another 4 minutes.

    Add the cooked pasta and chopped shrimp to the pan and mix carefully until the shrimp are cooked, approximately 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add Parmesan and parsley and mix.
