  • 3 chicken breasts
  • 1 onion
  • 1 lime
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground chili
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cumin
  • Salt

INSTRUCTIONS

    Cut the onion and bell peppers into strips.

    In a bowl, mix 1 tablespoon of olive oil, juice from ½ a lime, chili powder, smoked paprika, pepper, cumin, and salt. Cut the chicken into strips and mix with the spice blend.

    Then, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a pan over medium heat. Place the chicken strips in the heated pan and cook until done, about 3-5 minutes.

    Set the chicken strips aside and add 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan. Then add the chopped onion and bell peppers and cook for 2 minutes.

    Add the cooked chicken strips to the mixture and mix thoroughly. Finally, drizzle the mixture with lime juice.
Tip
Fajitas are served with tortillas and salsa.
