Ingredients

  • 1000 g sweet potatoes
  • 180 g sour cream
  • 30 ml olive oil
  • 7 g garlic
  • 15 g granulated garlic
  • 15 g salt
  • 15 g smoked paprika
  • 8 g black pepper

Instructions

    Wash the sweet potatoes and cut them into fries. In a bowl, mix with olive oil. Mix all the spices together and sprinkle over the fries. Thoroughly (with your hands) mix so that all fries are coated in the mixture and spread them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

    Bake the fries at 200°C until golden brown (approx. 15-20 minutes). Then flip them over and bake for the same amount of time on the other side.

    Serve as a side dish or simply with a chosen dip. They taste great, for example, with a garlic dip made from sour cream.

    Mix the cream with crushed garlic and season with salt and pepper to taste.
