INGREDIENTS
- 500 g minced meat mix
- 10 stalks lemongrass
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 tsp cane sugar
- chopped fresh coriander
- handful chopped shallots
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Place the minced meat in a bowl, add grated garlic, chopped coriander, sugar, fish sauce, soy sauce, and mix everything thoroughly with your fingers. Divide the meat into 10 equally sized portions. Pierce the lemongrass stalks in the bottom third in a few places with a knife and, using slightly moistened hands, wrap them with the seasoned minced meat.
