INGREDIENTS
- 400 g light green tomatoes
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 green jalapeño peppers
- 1 lime
- ½ teaspoon salt
- Half a handful fresh cilantro
YOU WILL ALSO NEED
- 3 whole wheat tortillas

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Wash the tomatoes and cut them in half. Place them cut-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Add the garlic and halved peppers. Preheat the oven to 180°C and bake for 20 minutes.
- 2Then peel the skin off the tomatoes and finely chop everything. Add the juice from half a lime, half a teaspoon of salt, and chopped cilantro. Mix the salsa and let it rest in the refrigerator.
- 3Prepare tortilla chips for serving. Cut the tortilla into pieces, arrange them on a baking sheet, and bake at 200°C until golden. It only takes a few minutes. After cooling, the chips will be crispy.
