  • 300 ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 50 g wholemeal spelt semolina
  • ½ teaspoon Dutch cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 5 g butter

INSTRUCTIONS

    In a small saucepan, mix the milk with honey and bring the mixture to a boil. Then add the spelt semolina to the pot, reduce the heat to medium, and cook the mixture for 4 minutes, stirring constantly.

    Transfer the cooked porridge to a serving bowl. Then, in a separate bowl, mix the cocoa with cane sugar and sprinkle the resulting mixture over the porridge in the bowl. Finally, melt the butter in a saucepan or pot over low heat, then pour it over the contents of the bowl and serve.
