INGREDIENTS
- 160 g + for finishing, crushed ladyfingers
- 160 g + 20 g + for coating, powdered sugar
- 60 g + 80 g softened butter
- 20 g cocoa
- 2 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon Czech rum
- 1 egg white
- pinch of ground cinnamon
- 8 g vanilla sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Mix all ingredients for the dough and knead into a smooth dough.
- 2Wrapped in cling film, let it rest in the refrigerator until the next day.
- 3Whip the filling ingredients together into a cream.
- 4Form balls from the dough and coat them in powdered sugar.
- 5Press the balls by hand into the beehive molds, create a hollow, and fill with cream.
