  • 2× medium tomato
  • 100 g tuna in its own juice
  • 4× slice whole-wheat toast bread
  • Fresh basil (for serving)

INSTRUCTIONS

    Heat up your toaster.

    Cut mozzarella and tomatoes into small cubes. Drain the liquid from the tuna.

    Evenly distribute tuna, mozzarella, and tomatoes onto 2 slices of whole-wheat toast bread.

    Add basil, cover with the remaining slices of bread, and bake in the toaster. If you don't have a toaster, heat a pan and toast the sandwiches over medium heat until the mozzarella inside melts.
