INGREDIENTS
- 1× mozzarella (125 g package)
- 2× medium tomato
- 100 g tuna in its own juice
- 4× slice whole-wheat toast bread
- Fresh basil (for serving)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Heat up your toaster.
- 2Cut mozzarella and tomatoes into small cubes. Drain the liquid from the tuna.
- 3Evenly distribute tuna, mozzarella, and tomatoes onto 2 slices of whole-wheat toast bread.
- 4Add basil, cover with the remaining slices of bread, and bake in the toaster. If you don't have a toaster, heat a pan and toast the sandwiches over medium heat until the mozzarella inside melts.
