INGREDIENTS

  • 4× eggs
  • 2 teaspoons honey (to taste)
  • 1× medium banana (mashed)
  • 500 g semi-fat quark
  • Lemon zest (grated)
  • 1× vanilla pudding (organic)
  • 300 g plain yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 400 g mix of fresh forest fruit

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 170 °C.

    Mix the eggs with honey, banana, and quark.
  • 3
    Gradually add all other ingredients to the mixture.

    Prepare a 25 cm diameter springform pan and pour the batter into it. If you wish, you can decorate the batter with fruit now.

    Place the pan with the batter into the oven and bake for approximately 20 minutes at 170 °C.

    After the specified time, reduce the temperature to 150 °C and bake for another 20–25 minutes.

    Let the baked cake cool down.

    If you didn't decorate the batter with fruit before baking, you can use it to decorate the cooled cake.

    Store the cake in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3–4 days.
