INGREDIENTS
- 600 g potatoes, cooking type B
- 80 g all-purpose flour
- 60 g soft goat cheese
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 eggs
- 3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary
- vegetable oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- 1Peel the potatoes and grate them finely. Add salt, mix, and dust the surface with 1 tablespoon of flour. Let stand for 5 minutes.
- 2Peel and press the garlic. Add to the potatoes, mix, and squeeze out the water from the potatoes. Add the remaining flour, eggs, rosemary, and milk, and mix.
- 3Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and form a 10 cm diameter pancake from 2 tablespoons of dough. Spread 10 g of goat cheese on the pancake and cover it with another 2 tablespoons of dough. Fry on low heat until golden brown on both sides.
Tip
You can use a pancake pan for frying the potato pancakes.
