INGREDIENTS
- 50 g fine buckwheat flour
- 200 g walnuts
- 200 g powdered sugar
- 50 g cocoa
- 40 g vanilla sugar
- 3 eggs
- butter for greasing the mold
- coarse flour for dusting the mold

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease the mold with butter and dust with flour.
- 2Finely chop the walnuts. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Whisk the egg whites into stiff peaks. In a bowl, mix the yolks and the remaining ingredients into a crumbly mixture. Then carefully fold in the egg whites.
- 3Pour the resulting batter into the prepared mold, place it in the preheated oven, and bake for 20 minutes.
- 4Let the finished cake cool in the mold for 5 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.
