INGREDIENTS

  • 50 g fine buckwheat flour
  • 200 g walnuts
  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 50 g cocoa
  • 40 g vanilla sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • butter for greasing the mold
  • coarse flour for dusting the mold

INSTRUCTIONS

    Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease the mold with butter and dust with flour.

    Finely chop the walnuts. Separate the eggs into yolks and whites. Whisk the egg whites into stiff peaks. In a bowl, mix the yolks and the remaining ingredients into a crumbly mixture. Then carefully fold in the egg whites.

    Pour the resulting batter into the prepared mold, place it in the preheated oven, and bake for 20 minutes.

    Let the finished cake cool in the mold for 5 minutes, then turn it out onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.
