Ingredients
- 450 g ground pork shoulder
- 150 ml plain yogurt
- 1 pc chili pepper
- 3 tablespoons coriander
- 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
- 3 teaspoons curry paste
- 50 g onion
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons cane sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- 1Cut the chili pepper in half, remove the seeds, and finely chop the pepper.
- 2Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 3Divide the rested meat into 12 portions and form them into balls.
- 4Heat a generous layer of oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the balls until golden brown. Place them on a plate lined with kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.
- 5Mix the yogurt with coriander and season with salt and pepper to taste.
