Ingredients

  • 450 g ground pork shoulder
  • 150 ml plain yogurt
  • 1 pc chili pepper
  • 3 tablespoons coriander
  • 3 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 3 teaspoons curry paste
  • 50 g onion
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons cane sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Instructions

    Cut the chili pepper in half, remove the seeds, and finely chop the pepper.

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl and let rest in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

    Divide the rested meat into 12 portions and form them into balls.

    Heat a generous layer of oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the balls until golden brown. Place them on a plate lined with kitchen paper to absorb excess fat.

    Mix the yogurt with coriander and season with salt and pepper to taste.
