- Hamburger mini brioche
- Beef mini burgers
- 6 slices of cheddar cheese 100 g
- Romaine lettuce 50 g
- 2 tomatoes 150 g
- BBQ sauce 60 ml
Instructions
- 1Place the meat on a hot grill or pan for approximately 3 - 4 minutes. During the last minute, place a slice of cheddar on the meat. Cover and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- 2Finally, assemble everything: Spread the mini buns with sauce to your taste. On the bottom half of the bun, add a lettuce leaf, the meat with cheese, a slice of tomato, and cover with the other half of the bun.
