INGREDIENTS
- 250 g salmon fillet
- 80 g yellow onion
- 200 g dry wheat spaghetti
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 50 ml water
- 150 ml cream (15% fat)
- 50 g cream cheese (such as Lučina)
- 200 g peas (thawed)
- 1 tablespoon fresh flat-leaf parsley (finely chopped)

- Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1First, bring salted water to a boil in a large pot over high heat. While the water is heating, wash and dry the salmon. Then remove the skin and cut it into 1 cm × 1 cm cubes. Peel and finely chop the onion.
- 2Once the water starts boiling, add the pasta and cook for 14–15 minutes over high heat. After cooking, drain the pasta.
- 3Heat a pan with olive oil over medium heat. Then add the onion to the pan and sauté for 4–5 minutes. Next, add the salmon, season with salt and pepper, and sauté everything together for another 2–3 minutes (still over medium heat).
- 4After sautéing, pour in the water and cream, add the cream cheese, and cook until the cream thickens, which will take 4–5 minutes. Finally, add the peas, parsley, and pasta to the pan, mix, turn off the heat, and serve.
