INGREDIENTS

  • 160 g + for finishing, crushed ladyfingers
  • 160 g + 20 g + for coating, powdered sugar
  • 60 g + 80 g softened butter
  • 20 g cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons + 1 tablespoon Czech rum
  • 1 egg white
  • pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 8 g vanilla sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

    Mix all ingredients for the dough and knead into a smooth dough.

    Wrapped in cling film, let it rest in the refrigerator until the next day.

    Whip the filling ingredients together into a cream.

    Form balls from the dough and coat them in powdered sugar.

    Press the balls by hand into the beehive molds, create a hollow, and fill with cream.
