Preparation method
Clean the carrots, cut them lengthwise and slice them diagonally into thin pieces. Remove seeds from the bell peppers and cut the flesh into 0.5 cm thick strips. Cut the leek lengthwise and slice it into 0.5 cm thick strips. Peel and finely chop the ginger and garlic.
Cut off the mushroom stems and slice the caps into 1 cm thick pieces. Cut the cabbage into 1 cm thick strips. Cut the meat lengthwise into 2 slices and then into 1 x 6 cm strips. Clean the celery stalks and slice them diagonally into 0.5 cm thick pieces.
Place the peanuts in a small heated pan and roast them over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 4 minutes until golden brown. Let cool and roughly chop.
Chef's tip
For preparation, you will need a wide non-stick pan, preferably with a diameter of 32 cm.
