Ingredients
- 4 pieces pork neck (250 g slices)
- 400 g potatoes (cooking type B)
- 12 cloves garlic (unpeeled)
- 6 sprigs rosemary
- 2 tablespoons lard
- 1 pinch freshly ground pepper
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- 1Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
- 2Wash the potatoes and slice them into 0.5 cm thick pieces. Spread them on a baking sheet greased with lard and season evenly with salt and pepper. Place 4 sprigs of rosemary on top.
- 3Season the meat slices on both sides with salt and pepper and spread with lard. Place the meat on the potatoes, then arrange the garlic cloves and the chopped remaining rosemary on top.
- 4Pour in water and bake for approximately 1 hour in the preheated oven.
