Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease the baking pan with butter and dust with coarse flour.

Place flour, butter, eggs, sugar, and baking powder into a stand mixer bowl and mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.

Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll each out on a floured surface to the size of the baking pan. Place one part into the pan. Spread the entire apple filling evenly over the dough and cover it with the second part of the dough.

Chef's tip

For preparation, you will need a 25 cm diameter cake pan and a stand mixer with a dough hook.
