POTATO INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Cut the potatoes into 4 mm thick slices. Arrange them side by side on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the preheated oven for about 18 minutes until tender. Halfway through baking, flip the potatoes on the baking sheet.
Transfer the cooked potatoes to a bowl, season thoroughly with salt, and serve with garlic butter.

The baking time for potatoes depends on the season in which you are baking them. This simple but delicious dish is eaten with hands. Guests take hot potato slices and lightly spread them with flavored butter to taste. The germ in garlic contains a large amount of essential oils, which can cause heartburn, and for some guests, the dish might be unnecessarily heavy. Therefore, it is removed when preparing raw dishes or for short cooking times.
