Ingredients
- 200 g cottage cheese
- 2 pcs eggs
- 120 g milk
- 100 g gluten-free oat flour
- 4 g gluten-free baking powder
- oil for frying
- Greek yogurt for serving
- fresh fruit (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries)
- maple syrup
Dough preparation
- 1Blend cottage cheese together with eggs and milk until smooth. Add oat flour and baking powder. Whisk until smooth.
Frying and serving
- 1Grease a pan with a little oil and heat it up. Reduce the flame to half and spoon the batter onto the pan for individual pancakes. 3-4 pancakes will fit on the pan. Fry them on both sides and place them on a rack. Serve the finished pancakes with Greek yogurt, fruit, and maple syrup.
