Finely chop the onion, slice the garlic. Slice the mushrooms into thick pieces.
Pour a tablespoon of oil into a pan and heat it up. Sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the mushrooms and continue to sauté. Once the mushrooms reduce in size after about 3 - 5 minutes, add the minced meat. Break it into the smallest possible pieces with a flat wooden spoon. Continue to sauté for about 5-10 minutes until the liquid released by the meat evaporates. Add Worcestershire sauce and mustard, sauté for a minute, and pour in the broth. Add salt and ground pepper. Cook on low heat with a lid for 30 minutes. Occasionally check and stir. In a bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of water with cornstarch and add to the sauce. Stir until the sauce thickens. Finally, add sour cream.
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Once drained, serve immediately with the sauce, sprinkled with chopped parsley.
