Pat the meat dry, remove the skin, and cut into cubes.

Juice the limes and lemon and pour the juice over the fish cubes. Cover with plastic wrap and let marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, dice the tomato and cucumber. Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and peel it. Then cut into cubes. Finely chop the onion. Halve the chili, remove the seeds, and also finely chop it. Chop the cilantro.
