Preparation method
First, preheat the oven to 200–205 °C, prepare a baking sheet and line it with baking paper.
Place the toast bread on the prepared baking sheet, put it in the preheated oven and bake for 6–7 minutes at 200–205 °C. Halfway through baking, turn each slice of bread so that it is toasted on both sides.
While the toast bread is toasting, take a tall mixing container, add baby spinach, chives, ricotta, plain yogurt, olive oil, salt and pepper, and blend everything until smooth with an immersion blender.
Chef's tip
Before serving, you can sprinkle the toasts with pea sprouts or radish shoots and garnish with radish slices, fresh herbs, and pepper. You can also serve the toasts with a green salad.
