METHOD
First, prepare the meat and marinade. Clean the chicken meat, cut it into thinner strips, and place it in a small bowl. Add olive oil, gingerbread spice, salt, pepper, and grated ginger. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
After the time has elapsed, remove the bowl from the refrigerator. Heat a large non-stick pan over medium heat and bring salted water to a boil in a larger pot for the spaghetti. Once the water in the pot starts to boil, add the spaghetti and cook for about 12 minutes or according to package instructions.
Meanwhile, add the marinated chicken to the heated pan and sauté for 1–2 minutes over medium heat. Pour in 100 ml of chicken stock and cook over medium heat for about 6 minutes.
