Preparation method

Cut the beetroot into cubes and place in a blender. Add all other ingredients except flour and blend until smooth. Then add the flour and mix.

Grease a pancake pan with oil and heat it up. Then reduce the heat to medium and gradually fry the pancakes. From the given amount, you will prepare 6 pancakes. For each, you will need 100 ml of the prepared batter.

For the filling, mix quark, sour cream, vanilla extract, and maple syrup.
