First, prepare the yogurt by mixing it with chopped fresh dill, pressed garlic, and salt.

In a large pot, bring 2-3 l of water to a boil, add vinegar. Then reduce the heat by half so the water is just gently simmering. Crack an egg into a bowl. Create a whirlpool in the water and gently drop the egg into the center of the whirlpool. Cook the egg for 3-4 minutes. After cooking, transfer the egg to cold water. Cook all eggs this way, one by one.

Melt the butter until liquid and mix with ground red paprika and chili.
